We are licenced Real Estate Agents who provide advice on Investment Property. We are licensed in several States of Australia allowing us to source Investment Property options from multiple markets and help our clients to acquire them. The process is a Research driven approach focussing on those basic fundamentals that drive Capital Growth and Income/Yield, which is tailored to the individual clients requirements (See Our Process for more detail).

As our name suggests, we specialise in sourcing properties suitable for investing in SMSF's but can also source and provide options for personal investing. We look at all property types, including but not limited to House and Land packages, NDIS, Co-Living, Townhouses and Apartments.

Whilst Finance is an important part of purchasing an Investment Property in Superannuation we are not Mortgage Brokers and do not provide advice on Mortgages or Lending. If you do not have your own Broker we can refer you to an independent Broker for advice on lending.

We are also not licensed Financial Planners or Accountants and cannot give advice on Superannuation. We can also not give advice on whether investing in super in a SMSF is a good option for you. We can not provide advice on the SMSF structure you should adopt nor assist you to set it up. Where you require advice on these matters and do not have your own Financial Planner or Accountant we can refer you to appropriately qualified and licensed people for assistance.

Whilst we are dedicated to providing personalised service from the start of the process right through to implementation, we do not cross the lines mentioned above by giving advice in areas outside the scope of our own licenses.
